Job Title: Service Desk Technician (Bilingual - Spanish) Location: Onsite - Oshkosh, WI Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM Overview: TEKsystems is seeking a motivated and customer-focused bilingual Service Desk Technician to join our client's Help Desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with prior service desk experience to gain hands-on experience in a global enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-level phone, email, and chat support for end-user IT issues. * Log and monitor incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system. * Troubleshoot basic IT and hardware issues in a Windows 11 enterprise environment. * Escalate complex issues to appropriate support groups and follow up to ensure resolution. * Adhere to corporate policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems and improve support processes. Top Skills Required: * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Basic IT and hardware troubleshooting experience in a corporate environment * Experience with phone-based technical support * Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred) Nice-to-Have Skills: * Desktop and application support * Remote support tools and techniques * Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory * A+ Certification or equivalent experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
