A Local Construction Company located in Pryor, OK is hiring an IT Support Technician to join the team for a great opportunity! Summary: The IT Technician provides timely and effective technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and minimizing disruptions to productivity. They help employees navigate software and hardware challenges, maintain cybersecurity best practices, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT team with documentation management. Job Duties: * Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person. * Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software/SaaS, mobile, and network problems. * Provide training and support on IT systems and applications. * Maintain and update the helpdesk knowledge base. * Escalate complex issues to Systems and Enterprise Applications teams. * Collaborate actively with Enterprise Application and Systems Administrators. * Manage internal hardware purchasing for end users through the Tech Closet. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in a technical support role. * Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. * Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems, imaging & deploying computers. * Experience with MS 365, Azure and Google Workspace are a plus. * CompTIA A+ is a plus. **If Interested: Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
