As a Data Analyst, you will partner with key business stakeholders to deliver impactful analytical solutions while championing data-driven decision making across the organization. You'll leverage advanced analytical tools to develop comprehensive reporting solutions, from ad-hoc analyses to sophisticated dashboards, while collaborating with cross-functional analytics teams to drive innovation and meet evolving business needs. Duties:
- Delivering improvement in operations excellence and the customer experience.
- Deliver data related insights to the functional teams seeking to drive significant impact via data driven decisions.
- Bring deep understanding of Sales analytics with the capability of developing analytics and insights in a functional agnostic manner.
- Advanced querying in SQL to effectively build data sources to feed reports and dashboards.
- Explore and conduct analysis on business improvement opportunities.
- Interact with data scientists and industry experts to understand how data needs to be converted, loaded.
- Conducts complex root cause analysis on business problems for business partners, in partnership with Data Scientists, to identify insights that inform and drive key business decisions.
- Tools and Reports Development.
- Serve as a 'Power User' of custom and 3rd party applications, advanced querying and complex data aggregations and analyses not supported by a single application.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with data analysis and preparation.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and data manipulation skills.
- Advanced use of visualization software, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Python/R.
- Experience working with multiple different data sources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, or related field.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, or related field.
- Passion and deep understanding of agriculture, marketplace dynamics, competitive environment, and Syngenta customer needs.
