People Operations Coordinator
Essential Functions

* Monitor and triage inquiries from the People Operations and People Technology inboxes to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
* Execute employment verification requests and maintain accurate employment records.
* Enter and maintain data in key people systems including but not limited. Transactions such as new hires, terminations, position or pay changes.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely data entry to meet key benefits, payroll and other process related deadlines.
* Run scheduled and ad hoc reports from Dayforce and other people data systems.
* Maintain and update content on internal intranet pages for People Operations and Employment-related policies, tools, and resources.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for various projects led by the People Partners and People Technology teams.
* Assist with drafting process documentation and standard operating procedures.
* Track progress of workflows and processes to ensure timely completion.
* Support annual People Operations activities, including audits, compliance reporting, and communications.
* Coordinate updates to internal firm directories and personnel records.

Non-Essential Functions

* Perform other duties as assigned
* Assist with the following:
* Unemployment Claim Processing (DC)
* Onboarding Coordination
* Retirement plan loan processing
* Maintain beneficiary information
* Initiate personnel change forms
* Coordinate off site storage
* Provide backup coverage for HR team members

Minimum Qualification

* Required:
o Bachelor's degree required
o 1-3 years of administrative, law firm, or human resources experience
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
o High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Preferred:
o Experience with Dayforce and/or SharePoint
o Familiarity with law firm or professional services environments

Work Environment

* Non-smoking environment
* Available to work in the office 9:00 - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
* Must be able to work under tight deadlines
* Hybrid work arrangements may be available for this position

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,500 to $75,475. The actual base salary offered will be dependent upon the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, geographic location.
