• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) Hybrid

Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $47,800 - $63,388. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as an Internal Logistics Coordinator - Automation Controls!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Logistics Coordinator to support our Automation Controls operations. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of materials, job orders, and documentation within the production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics coordination, inventory systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Handling

• Collect and file job order paperwork
• Print labels, instruction sheets, and other production documents

Job Management

• Monitor job status and manage job orders in Oracle
• Generate and update serial numbers and master serial records

Inventory and Components

• Address WIP component issues and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Assist with floor stock replenishment and daily cycle counting

Production Support

• Support production, shipping, and receiving operations
• Charge batteries and manage defective item processes

Training and Coordination

• Train team members on receiving and processing procedures
  Collaborate with QA, ServiceDesk, and other departments

Label Design and Printing

• Design and print labels for components, accessories, and packaging

Miscellaneous

• Allocate MAC addresses, update reports, and support daily logistics tasks

What you'll Need To Succeed:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar logistics software
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
