Senior Human Resources Generalist

Plascore has an opening for aSenior Human Resources Generalist tobe a part of the Human Resources Team. This position will develop and administer policies and programs in the areas of talent acquisition, employee engagementand employee relations. Provide guidance, counsel, and problem-solving support to team leaders, teams,and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the maintenance of all human resource records associated with talent acquisition andemployee relations.
  • Streamline and improve the talent acquisition life cycle with evidence-based selection methods.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs.
  • Recruitment of leadership positions and advanced professionals.
  • Oversight on all employee relations issues.
  • Implementation and rollout of quarterly and yearly staff/leader evaluations.
  • Involved in HR Strategic Planning and new program development.
  • Recommend and conduct training programs in relevant areas.
  • Recommend and administer programs that promote positive employee experiences includingbuilding relationships with all team members and having an active presence on the manufacturingfloor.
  • Assist with processing terminations and exit interview.
  • Assist and follow up on New Hire Check-Ins.
  • Oversee Drug screen and Second-Chance Program.
  • Promote a strong employer brand.
  • Process and respond to Unemployment Claims.
  • Develop talent pipeline with educators and community groups.
  • Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.
  • Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • Five to seven years of progressively more responsible experience helpful
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relative field preferred
  • Experience with Employee Relations and Recruiting required
  • SHRM Certification preferred
  • Must be able to work well independently and be self-directed
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills



Additional Requirements:



  • Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident ('Green Card').
