Job Description
Director, Talent Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Management leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning. The Talent Management Director will partner closely with senior leadership and business unit HR teams to identify and address talent needs, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Responsibilities & Key Areas

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and shape a talent philosophy across the company that connects our views of growth, development, evaluation and compensation.
  • Design and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain succession planning processes to identify gaps, promote internal mobility, and ensure leadership continuity.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and assess organizational talent needs and implement solutions to improve effectiveness.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the University Relations programs and partner with selected universities and colleges.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the talent management team.
  • Develop and manage the talent management budget.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors for talent management services.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and assessments across the business.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Preferred Experience/Characteristics/ Competencies & Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies globally.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with talent management software and tools, such as Success Factors.
