Skilled ( >3 experience <15 years) Operation / Production Renewable Permanent Full - Time What You Can Expect As the Performance Analytics Manager within ENGIE North America's Renewable & Flex Power Generation Business Unit, you will play a critical role in advancing operational excellence across our growing portfolio of renewable energy assets, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar, and wind. You will lead a team of data scientists and performance engineers focused on analyzing asset health, identifying failure trends, and generating actionable insights that directly impact availability, reliability, and cost efficiency across the fleet. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and managing advanced performance monitoring tools, driving data-driven decision-making through custom analytics, and partnering closely with site operations teams to guide strategic improvements. From supporting Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) of major equipment failures to informing budget planning and spare parts strategies, your work will directly influence the efficiency and uptime of ENGIE's operational assets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and data platform teams to continuously improve our digital performance landscape. Compensation Salary Range: $113,900 - $174,570 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
