Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $25-$30/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and HVAC filter changes
  • Maintain a strict preventative maintenance (PM) schedule
  • Repair walls, floors, doors, and complete painting and touch-up work
  • Troubleshoot and repair air handling equipment, including fans and circulation systems
  • Unclog toilets and urinals, replace valves and maintain automatic flush kits
  • Monitor and respond to building automation system alerts
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces across the facility
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors and document maintenance actions accurately
  • Provide guidance to subcontractors and assist in project coordination
  • Snow removal and outdoor facility upkeep as needed during winter months

What You Bring to the Table



  • High school diploma or GED required; vocational or trade school training preferred
  • At least 5 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and U.S. citizenship required
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, maintenance manuals, and standard procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use ladders, and work in varying conditions and environments
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, high places, and occasionally outdoors in cold weather
