Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: Starting at $80,000+ annually, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Manage full-spectrum HR responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance
  • Support payroll timecard processing, HRIS reporting, and benefits administration
  • Partner with plant leadership, employees, and union reps to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Champion company-wide engagement strategies including employee surveys, listening sessions, and performance initiatives
  • Develop, recommend, and implement innovative HR policies and best practices

What You Bring to the Table



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a manufacturing or unionized setting
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, employment law, and HR compliance
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office and web-based HRIS systems (minimum 2 years experience)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; professional business attire required
