Sr Analytics Consultant - PBM / Pharmacy Data

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare/pharmacy data OR 7 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics including 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare/pharmacy data.
*Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise leveraging analytic tools such as Teradata SQL and Tableau.

*Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
*Takes initiative to solve complex problems; takes an "outside -in" perspective to identify innovative solutions.
*Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
*May lead functional teams or projects.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
*Advanced degree.
*Advanced experience with Teradata SQL, Tableau, Alteryx.
*Financial acumen; financial data analysis, financial impact/leakage identification.

*Knowledge of drug classifications such as GLP1.
*Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Information Seeking, Initiative.

Flex/Hybrid schedule includes 3 days in the office per week.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
