It helps us better assess how our core values align with our daily operations and identify where we can improve. Responsibilities Manage Post-Sales Processes:
- Perform and meticulously track new client onboarding, including scheduling and overseeing project kickoffs.
- Respond to client inquiries and manage closeout calls, ensuring a seamless transition to the next engagement.
- Send timely renewal reminders and draft statements of work, tracking their lifecycle and following up with customers for unsigned documents.
- Conduct end-of-project closeout calls, soliciting feedback, documenting details, and maintaining follow-up relationships through to the next engagement.
Customer Service, Engagement, and Expansion:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries or issues, proactively following up on deliverables for and from our customers.
- Follow up on billing invoices to ensure customers receive timely deliverables.
- Proactively solicit and follow up on testimonials, reviews, and referrals.
- Identify and position additional firm service offerings aligning with client initiatives.
Project Management:
- Work closely with Consulting staff in our project management solution (Monday.com or other platforms as determined) to oversee project status throughout its lifecycle.
- Manage recurring project timelines and customer contact for re-engagement (renewals).
Data Management, Communication, and Reporting:
- Update and maintain Salesforce.com and Monday.com for accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide timely account and project status reports to internal management and customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and web-based conferences.
Vendor Partner Relationships:
- Develop and maintain close relationships with CSMs on our related Partner teams, ensuring seamless service for shared customers.
Consulting Administrative Support:
- Provide Consulting Partners and Managers assistance with tasks, including scheduling, interfacing with partners, managers and clients to help optimize management's time.
- Schedules meetings to coincide with client engagements, working with client personnel and scheduling regular off-cycle meetings with client personnel
Business Development:
- Researches, prioritizes, and creates materials for prospective clients
- Prepares all documentation for new client set up
- Update our CRM pipeline
- Manage flow of inbound leads with prompt follow-up
- Research prospective customers and identify, filter, and qualify opportunities for the Sales Team
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Sales for next steps
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions and services offered by our firm, along with the unique value of each practice
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Work as a selling team alongside your marketing and sales counterpart(s)
- Consistently track your activities in our system of record
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Work with management to build formalized sales playbooks for product and service offerings
- Assist in developing and formatting proposals and RFPs
- Attend conferences to represent multiple products and services
General Administrative Support:
- Prepare client invoices for assigned service areas
- Other projects and administrative duties as required or as assigned
