Job Description

As a Leader in Global Delivery Excellence, you will design and orchestrate the new global delivery model working with leaders in the Regions, C&I, GEBS, Proposal, HR, Commercial and Finance, based in reusable IP improving profitability, time to revenue and customer satisfaction improvements. You will report to the VP GM, LCS Head of Regions and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI, Mayfield Heights, OH, or any one of Rockwell's business locations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Responsible and accountable for defining and rolling out the new global delivery model in the regions based on Trusted Content supporting the business financial, quality and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of new standard global delivery process strategies for targeted industries
  • Define the workflow, RASCI, and tools to support the new global delivery model.
  • Lead the initiative to identify workforce requirements for regional teams within a GCC operating model
  • Work with C&I workforce team on regional requirements and implementation plan
  • Carryout resource management requirements for regional teams in the new GCC model
  • Lead the change management efforts of the implementation of the GCC model and associated regional workforce transformation
  • Be the GPO (global process owner) for Engineering delivery quality processes
  • Regional alignment between PMO's and GCC
  • Provide operational direction and oversight of the regional delivery excellence leaders
  • Work with GEBS and C&I leaders to develop a GCC model based on Trusted Content.
  • Provide support to regional delivery excellence leaders and RVPs sharing best practices in the implementation of reusable IP and delivery best practices
  • Define the multi-regions and capabilities delivery strategy based on Trusted Content and oversee the execution.
  • Oversee the delivery strategy in PARB calls as well important opportunities.
  • Achieve the AOP engineering blended rate
  • Achieve the customer satisfaction goal, on-time delivery, and productivity goals
  • Work with the Commercial/Proposal team to implement and track the benefits of the new delivery model.
  • Partner with the Commercial team and Marketing to support the message of the benefits of the new delivery mode.
  • Frequently collaborate with global capability leadership on growth and profitability opportunities
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 12 years of proven engineering and delivering experience in multi capabilities and regions delivery.
  • Experience managing matrix reporting teams across different regions
  • Financial and operational expertise in large service and solution business management.
  • Expertise of driving continuous improvement across the business.
  • 12+ years of Automation, Engineering Services or Manufacturing industry experience
  • Capable negotiating complex multi stake holder leaders.
