The Opportunity

You will be part of Adobe Experience Platform, the foundation of Adobe Experience Cloud products. You will represent the team internally in the various product and cross functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity, and lead continuous agile development. Successful candidates will have a technical background and be passionate about delivering high quality software with effective and efficient engineering processes.

As a Principal TPM, you will have the ability to lead large and complex infrastructure programs, use your negotiation skills and tradeoffs, influence the roadmap and set the team for success.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of engineering, product development, operational, and market launch efforts spanning various teams and regions, culminating in high-quality product launches.

  • Demonstrate adept conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.

  • Possess outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication proficiency.

  • Efficiently handle interdependencies, monitor potential issues and risks, and formulate contingency plans.

  • Take charge of all facets of the project delivery process alongside key contributors.

  • Articulate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, contributing insights into architectural decisions.

  • Display eagerness and unwavering dedication to improving the customer experience, with a process-centered approach.

  • Initiate and drive special projects or endeavors on behalf of the leadership team.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.

  • Demonstrate a robust technical foundation and proficiency in software/system design and development methodologies, including Agile.

  • 15+ years of experience in technical program management, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve top-notch product delivery.

  • Expertise in program management within cloud-based software development, encompassing web services, APIs, and cloud computing.

  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, encompassing build processes, testing, and code reviews.

  • Show strong analytical skills, supported by a history of successfully completing projects in fast-paced environments, using metrics and data to generate recommendations and guide decision-making.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $143,200 -- $269,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
