Job Summary: As Product Industrialization Engineer, you are the representative of product industrialization in multi-disciplinary teams ensuring best in class transition from development to manufacturing across our North American manufacturing facilities. You will be located onsite at the Tucson, AZ Plant - FTC. You will be working on Manufacturing Transfer as well as New Product Introduction Projects. Driving cross-functional collaboration between product development, supply chain, manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure alignment of requirements of new products. Developing and improving processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes for new product introductions. Support Quality, Production and Maintenance teams to create procedures, methods and specifications where Engineering support is required. Responsibilities:
