Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes, providing valuable insights to drive business growth and profitability.

What this job involves:

  • Annual Budget planning preparation and development
  • Continually enhance, improve, and streamline the budgeting & forecasting process
  • Detailed forecast analysis including Budget vs. Actual spending and Forecast vs. Actual spending
  • Assist budget owners in researching and identifying budget corrections needed in client PO system (Coupa)
  • Forecast accuracy reporting
  • Drive improvements in reporting & analytics to support business leadership decision-making and implement best practices related to various ad hoc analyses
  • Execute special projects with a focus on operational efficiency, long-range financial planning, and standardization across the regional reporting.
  • Review Corrigo WOs for proper financial coding
  • Monthly & quarterly report generation (TM1)
  • Validate proper invoice coding and propose reclasses as needed
  • Support team's efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity
  • Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement (MSA) and any relevant amendments or appendices
  • Support and track client billing activities vs. client budget
  • Ensure the accounts receivable objectives and metrics are met - oversee maintenance and research on AR over 30 days past due
  • Assist with the calculation of fees (i.e. Management, At-Risk, and Incentive) as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting
  • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.
  • Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communication.
  • Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal and external auditors

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience
  • Ability to work independently to develop processes and trouble shoot issues
  • Comfortable working in highly changing environment
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required
  • Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms, Google Sheets and Corrigo platform a plus
  • Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation
  • Ability and comfort running Budget and Forecast meetings, driving the process, answering questions
  • Ability to collaborate across many levels
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
  • Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent level of customer service skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
  • Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity

Estimated total compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
