You'll lead Marvell's newly established AI Enablement Group, responsible for driving adoption of AI across Engineering, IT, and Business Operations. This organization defines the enterprise AI roadmap, develops AI infrastructure, and establishes governance to ensure secure, scalable, and ethical AI use. Through our AI Champions network and training programs, your team will empower Marvell's global workforce to use AI effectively, shaping how the company operates, innovates, and makes decisions.

What You Can Expect

Position Summary:

AI Strategy & Enablement

  • Collaborate across all functions - including IT, the Data Office, business teams, and external vendors - to define and execute an enterprise-wide AI enablement roadmap.
  • Champion AI-first thinking across engineering, business, and IT functions.

Infrastructure & Governance

  • Work with IT to establish scalable and secure AI infrastructure supporting engineering and business use cases.
  • Partner with the Data Office to align AI solutions with data governance strategies.
  • Lead AI tool/platform selection in coordination with enterprise teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Integrate AI capabilities into Marvell's silicon and system design efforts alongside the Central Engineering team.
  • Partner with engineering, R&D, and IT leaders to standardize AI development and deployment workflows.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and knowledge-sharing for enterprise-wide AI alignment.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Build and implement an AI governance framework in collaboration with Legal, Security, and the Data Office.
  • Ensure AI use is explainable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and emerging regulations.
  • Drive development of ethical AI practices and risk management protocols.

AI Champions Network & Upskilling

  • Establish and lead the AI Champions program to seed AI adoption within departments.
  • Train Champions on AI tools and responsible practices, equipping them to mentor their teams.
  • Host knowledge-sharing sessions, create best-practice guides, and track AI impact through defined KPIs

What We're Looking For

  • Experience
    • 10+ years in enterprise technology leadership, with 5+ years leading AI/ML, data platforms, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
    • Proven success driving organizational change and scaling new technology platforms across business and technical teams.
    • Experience working with AI/ML tooling, infrastructure, data governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Leadership & Influence
    • Strong track record of engaging senior stakeholders, forming cross-functional alliances, and driving consensus.
    • Skilled in building teams, setting clear strategies, and influencing at the executive level.
  • Strategic and Operational Acumen
    • Experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps aligned with business and technology goals.
    • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical business applications.
  • Communication & Change Management
    • Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts to business leaders and align teams on a shared vision.
    • Experience delivering company-wide education, training, or cultural change programs.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

182,900 - 274,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
