About the role
The SEC Reporting Analyst Sr is a corporate holding company ("IEI") finance position reporting directly to the Vice President, Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of Insight Enterprises, Inc. ("the "Company"). The position is primarily responsible for supporting the Financial Reporting Department's role in ensuring the Company's periodic public filings are in compliance with SEC Rules and Regulations and United States generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP").

As a SEC Reporting Analyst Sr you will:

  • SEC Reporting
  • Support Financial Reporting Department in drafting Earnings Releases, Conference Call Scripts and supporting analysis as well as Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K, Current Reports on Form 8-K and Proxy Statements.
  • Manage instance document and review process for XBRL filings related to Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q and Annual Reports on Form 10-K.
  • Pro forma prior drafts of documents, updating and populating disclosures for review.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams in the Company's differing geographies and operating segments to obtain necessary financial information for disclosure.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in accounting. Certified public accountant ("CPA") designation required.
  • CPA required.
  • Certified equity professional ("CEP") designation, a plus.
  • CEP, a plus.
  • 3+ years of broad-based financial reporting experience.
  • Recent experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm, with particular experience with publicly traded or large corporate companies.
