Maurice Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Landover, MD location. Key Responsibilities Manage switchgear projects from approval through completion, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Coordinate shipments, track customer purchase orders, and maintain detailed project timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with contractors and design teams throughout all construction phases. Review job scopes, process vendor purchase orders, and manage change requests effectively. Provide regular updates, analyze project performance, and support strategic planning initiatives. Ensure accurate billing and maintain detailed records throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to develop tailored solutions and address project needs. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry or project management (3+ preferred). Experience with switchgear-related projects is strongly preferred. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Solar ERP or similar systems is a plus. Ability to interpret schematics/prints and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively under tight deadlines. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.
