What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager/Associate Director Operations - Enterprise Evaluation, you'll oversee strategic and day-to-day operational functions within the Appraisal organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory standards. You'll drive operational excellence, managing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting risk, governance, and compliance frameworks. Our Senior Manager/ Associate Director Operations - Enterprise Valuation will bring strong leadership, process optimization expertise, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Responsible for supporting the Head of Enterprise Valuation in the oversight of the valuation services for the organization's warrant portfolio for financial reporting purposes, coordinating efforts to create an approved process to fair value the warrant portfolio, partner with external consultants , and external auditors. Other responsibilities include monitoring of the Fair Valuing the organizations put agreement holds, tied to certain warrant agreements.
  • Lead your team to build strong partnerships with vendors, which include collaborating with a vendor team to execute valuation tasks, maintaining compliance with vendor management, IT support, Oracle billing and invoicing, and Access Management System. This responsibility also includes training and support of vendor staff, setting up necessary controls and internal policies.
  • Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and market analysis to support valuation assumptions for public and private markets.
  • Support for internal and external audits and compliance.
  • Oversee IT access, billing systems, and internal training to support consistent execution and adherence to policy.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely engagement of stakeholders and completeness of documentation. Oversees remediation planning and follow-up to maintain audit readiness.
  • Ensures compliance with enterprise risk policies and maintains accurate risk and control documentation. Identifies and addresses control gaps while supporting third-party risk and special projects.
  • Manages policy updates and procedural reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards. Develops KPIs and leads change management efforts to support continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Advanced experience mortgage software (Encompass).
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required.
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $139,530.00 - $164,150.00 for Chicago, IL. Salary range for new hires is generally $13,950.00 - $164,150.00 for Denver, CO. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
