Join the Adobe Analytics Processing SRE team to use your skills in systems and software engineering for maintaining the data processing pipeline. We are passionate about developing software solutions to operational problems.

Most of our time is spent building in Python for Linux, so relevant experience or education with these are desirable. Everything we build is meant to automate and/or simplify the complexities associated with a large scale platform. This motivates the quality and relevance of what we build.

We are responsible for the continuous flow and storage of data collected and processed across a global-scale compute cloud. We optimize the operations of the application and infrastructure by building software tools and workflows to monitor and maintain the system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science and 2+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent.

• Demonstrated experience with software development and debugging.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and/or Scala,

• Strong Experience with Linux

• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate initiative and high self-motivation. Enthusiastic, creative and positive attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative working style.

• Be a part of an on-call rotation during which each team member is responsible for resolving any issues that occur during a 12-hour shift approximately one per week.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
