Overview

**Applicants must be within a commutable distance to Nashville, TN, and will be required to work onsite on an as-needed basis.**

The Recruitment Coordinator is an entry level role that supports the Talent Acquisition team by identifying potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and building pipelines through passive recruiting. The key focus is to execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. You will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the CPI Card Group at every interaction. This role will also offer support to the TA team in the coordination of interviews, emails and candidate support as needed.



Responsibilities

    Social media recruiting: using social media channels in line with the CPI's branding and social media policies (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) for finding and connecting with prospective candidates
  • Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverable timelines and a formal tracking process
  • Responsibility for being the first point of contact for passive candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
  • Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and qualification fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database. Updating candidate statuses
  • Pro-actively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
  • Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc.
  • Assisting with technical enhancements within ICIMS
  • Responsible for weekly reporting and file uploads to various systems
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed


Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1 - 2 years prior experience in high volume sourcing experience required
  • 1 - 2 years prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required
  • 1-2 years hands on experience using social media channels for recruiting such as Facebook required
  • Familiarity with resume databases, social networks and professional sites
  • Strong learning agility and passion for driving results, especially through key social media tools for recruiting (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Experience recruiting hard to fill positions
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, video interviews and other technical applications
  • Proficient communication skills including reading, writing and speaking in English

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in advanced talent search techniques including Boolean, ATS sourcing tools and online niche resources.
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Build out detailed projects on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience in crafting eye-catching messaging that draws interest from top talent

This role requires the ability to work from home in a virtual environment, where the following is required;
