Our unique low temperature, residue-free hydrogen peroxide vaporization (HPV) technology has been proven to provide rapid, repeatable, safe and reliable eradication of microbiological pathogens from rooms and other interior spaces. As a Service Technician, you will be expected to provide technical support for customer-related issues as you uphold stands and initiate continued improvement in the service provided to our clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary on-site technical expert, maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure optimal HHP performance.
  • Conduct system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring seamless functionality within healthcare environments.
  • Apply situational awareness to proactively assess and address technical or operational challenges before they escalate.
  • Engage with infection prevention specialists, facilities managers, and nursing staff to provide system training, address concerns, and maximize adoption.
  • Analyze service data trends to identify areas for improvement, drive system enhancements, and optimize program performance.
  • Oversee and coordinate on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and delivering high-quality installation services.
  • Perform system audits, dispenser counts, and pre-installation assessments to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency service requests, providing technical resolutions both in-person and virtually to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Document service visits comprehensively, tracking key performance indicators and customer feedback.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve installation and service delivery processes.

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, including occasional weekend work
  • Weekly overnight travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of field service experience with a strong focus on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and technical problem-solving.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and networking protocols (e.g., mesh networks, cloud-based data transfer).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to assess system trends and optimize performance.
  • Working knowledge of Apple (iOS) devices, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional situational awareness and critical thinking skills to navigate evolving challenges in customer environments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, fostering trust and ensuring positive user experiences.
  • Ability to obtain hospital credentialing as required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to complete pre-employment assessments including a physical, lift and/or carry 50 pounds and drug screen
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, including lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, and working under hospital beds in active healthcare settings.
  • Personal protection: Personal protection equipment (PPE) may be worn on customer sites
  • Position requires the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations as needed; you are responsible to have the proper documentation to fly such as a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical School or Bachelor's degree
  • Electronics or Electrical background

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $50,600-$76,000. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
