Primary Work Location Monument Health Corporate HeadquartersDepartment CS Community RelationsScheduled Weekly Hours 40Job Summary The Community Engagement and Government Affairs Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to foster positive relationships with local communities, government officials, regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders. This role combines community engagement and sponsorship with government affairs to promote Monument Health's initiatives and advance community health goals. The position requires a strong ability to represent the organization in various forms and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align with the organization's mission and goals.This position requires close communication with leadership, collaboration with administration, internal departments, and Rapid City community leadership. In addition, the position requires working successfully with representatives from various communities and organizations with respect to the diverse populations and cultures they serve. This position strives to achieve fulfillment of the community stewardship priority to the greatest extent practicable of supporting Monument Health's purpose.
