DEVOPS ENGINEER Concurrent Technologies Corporation Dayton, OH Minimum Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our growing team. This role requires deep technical expertise in DevOps/DevSecOps, cloud-native architecture, and automation technologies. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions for enterprise-level systems in a dynamic and mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities: Leverage exceptional expertise in Python programming for automation and tool development. Manage configuration using tools like GitLab and implement automated testing and deployment strategies (CI/CD). Utilize Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and automation. Design and implement AWS Cloud-based hosting solutions, including backup, recovery, failover, billing optimization, and account management. Apply best practices in DevOps maturity, driving automation in builds, regression testing, monitoring, and releases. Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues related to performance and stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle to deliver enterprise cloud-native solutions. Implement tools and platforms including Jenkins, GitLab Runners, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Pulumi. Work within secure environments requiring a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps environments. Proven experience with: Cloud-native solution development and hosting on commercial cloud providers (e.g., AWS). Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana. Automated testing, deployments, and branching strategies. CI/CD troubleshooting and performance optimization. Application lifecycle support in collaborative, agile team settings. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Experience managing and maintaining Elasticsearch and Kibana. Proficiency in improving continuous deployment pipelines on Kubernetes-based environments. Hands-on experience triaging and resolving issues across open-source and commercial cloud tools. Strong leadership in promoting DevOps adoption, coaching teams, and driving process/tool transformation. Why CTC?
