Solutions Lead - Quality Process

Role Overview:

The Foundational Business Technology group is seeking a Solution Lead dedicated to refining our Quality processes and enhancing the integration and connectivity with our telemetry and observability of production platforms. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing trends related to our key journeys across multiple constituencies, and ensuring delivery excellence by integrating these insights into our execution practices.


The Solution Lead will work closely with the Delivery Leads within the Value Stream, our Application Support partners, and key leaders within the Centers for Enablement supporting our AI, data, and DevOps practices. You will ensure consistency across teams and initiatives by adhering to best practices and adopting modern capabilities that enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic thinker with expertise in software delivery, QA best practices, production support best practices, and has a strong orientation towards metrics.

What You'll Do:


* Review existing metrics, OKRs, KPIs and other data to highlight prioritized platforms, scenarios and journeys
* Assess the existing tools and processes to provide expertise and best practices that could materialize into opportunities across delivery and operations and provide additional telemetry
* Develop the roadmap of enhancements, modernization and new capability enablement and drive execution of the roadmap across multiple disciplines, teams and trains
* Develop ongoing process for insight collection, ongoing intersection into the SDLC and align to the culture of continuous improvement
* Drive continuous improvements in delivery and operations to improve experience and proactively identify potential areas of concern
* Champion the adoption of modern, agile practices for software delivery and operational oversight
* Business & Technology Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making approach, proficient in agile software delivery with deep expertise in modern QA practices and production observability

What You'll Bring:


* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
* 7+ years of experience in Software delivery or related fields.
* Proven track record of leadership in technology with a focus on execution
* Deep understanding of technology lifecycle management and technology standards processes.
* Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working across federated teams and centers for enablement
* Proficiency in agile methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Experience with data governance and enterprise data quality initiatives is highly desirable.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$122,500-$210,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
