This is a Senior Product Design role looking that will require the resource to be onsite in Irving, TX! Please apply with your most up to date resume and portfolio. Description Design thoughtful, scalable UX that makes daily workflows easier and more efficient Collaborate closely with product and engineering to balance user needs and business goals Use Figma to create flows, wireframes and prototypes that bring ideas to life Contribute to and evolve our design system for cohesion across platforms Bake accessibility into every step of the process Work with UX research to apply real insights to real problems Facilitate workshops and critique sessions that align teams and spark better ideas Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for the user when it counts Explore what's next from personalization to AI and prototype with purpose Skills* Fortune 500 Experience, native mobile, ios, android, responsive web applications, b2b, b2c Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
