Position: Inside Sales Support Representative Location: Wheeling, IL 60090 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (in-office) Pay: $28/hour (weekly pay) Start Date: July 21st Key Responsibilities * Manage customer accounts to increase satisfaction, gross margin, and sales. * Handle quotes, orders, follow-ups, and delivery information. * Resolve customer issues, process credits/debits, and authorize returns. * Communicate customer needs to Operations and Engineering. * Monitor price inventory agreements. * Support outside sales team members. * Maintain detailed documentation and ensure service continuity. * Handle 50-75 large orders with multiple line items. * Participate in a rotating phone support schedule (approx. 45 calls/day when on phones) Required Skills & Experience * Minimum 2 years in manufacturing sales support or customer service. * Strong product knowledge management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with order entry systems Nice to Have: * Experience with QAD ERP software Thank you for considering this opportunity!
