Filling Technician position Monday-Friday Hours: 4:30am-1pm Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Filling Technician to support our production operations. This role is responsible for accurately filling diagnostic reagents and solutions into vials or containers under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate has previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and is committed to product quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and clean filling equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Accurately fill liquids or reagents into containers, ensuring correct volumes and proper handling Maintain detailed production records and batch documentation Perform in-process inspections to verify fill accuracy, labeling, and product integrity Follow strict aseptic and GMP protocols to ensure product safety and compliance Support changeover and cleaning of filling lines between batches Report any equipment malfunctions or quality deviations to supervisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment preferred Familiarity with GMP, cleanroom practices, and aseptic technique a plus Ability to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
