Order Fulfillment Specialist

Staffmark is partnering with a company dedicated to beautifying churches around the world, and we're looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team! If you have at least one year of shipping experience and enjoy working in a calm, purpose-driven environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: First Shift | Flexible scheduling available

Hours: 10-20 hours per week, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately while following packing guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders over the phone
• Prepare and print shipping labels; verify addresses and select appropriate shipping methods
• Inspect outgoing products to ensure quality standards are met
• Track inventory levels, assist with restocking, and perform regular inventory counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently
• Follow all company shipping and order fulfillment protocols

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of shipping, order fulfillment, or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer and data entry skills
