Quality Coordinator

Job Description:

Quality Coordinator

Provides administrative and project support to both the Quality Department and the Learning and Development Department. This role supports successful planning and implementation of quality improvement and learning and development initiatives by coordinating meetings, managing documents, tracking project timelines, assisting with communication, logistics, and coordination.



  • Support quality improvement projects by coordinating meetings, managing deliverables and documents, tracking project timelines, assisting with communication and logistics.
  • Monitor project milestones and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Help coordinate communication related to quality initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics for live training sessions
  • Communicate network-wide L&D events to staff through centralized training calendars (developed and updated continuously), email, intranet, and other communication channels.
  • Track training completions in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create and run basic reports in the LMS and other L&D platforms
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in L&D's shared inbox.
  • Develop strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
  • Complete all deliverables accurately, legibly and by established timelines
  • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee



Qualifications:



  • High School diploma
  • AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, quality improvement, or training preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable learning and using new systems (Learning management systems, project management tools)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Full-time - Hybrid

Englewood, CO

Pay Rate:

$54,000 to $61,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
