Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your Environment, Health & Safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and proactive teammates. You'll ensure compliance with EHS rules on-site for both Alstom employees and contractors during critical testing and commissioning phases, directly contributing to the safety and well-being of people and the environment. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (permit offices, supervisors, contractors, and prime contractors), conduct inspections and risk assessments, and coach supervisors, and much more." We'll look to you for:
Supporting employees and contractors on risk assessment ,
Coaching supervisors to ensure compliance with EHS standards ,
Broadcasting EHS inductions for contractors and employees ,
Managing contractors to align with EHS requirements ,
Organizing and leading EHS Committee meetings ,
Broadcasting monthly toolbox talks to promote safety awareness ,
Investigating accidents and following up on corrective actions ,
Qualifying and monitoring contractor EHS documentation ,
Implementing emergency measures and first aid protocols ,
Exercising full authority to halt any operational activity posing immediate high risk to people or the environment"

Familiarity with EHS documentation, monitoring, and emergency measures. ,
CHST Credential or strong communication skills. ,
Demonstrated leadership skills. ,

Driving license. ,
