The ideal candidate will have extensive research background with user-centered design/technique of consumer products, usability evaluations at various stages of product development and SW and HW design proposal based on user feedback. He or she will work on prototype which requires trouble shooting of the software or designing prototype using Figma or other SW. He or She is required to understand SW and HW design to propose ideal user experience design. He or she will have experience with effectively negotiating interactions with various stake holders such as designers, engineers, and business development. Responsibilities: Desired Skills: Requirements: * Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction with demonstrated experience in an equivalent field min of 3 years The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111kto $148k.The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.This salary range does not include any other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. This position provides select employer-provided benefits, including healthcare insurance.
