Job Summary:
The Director of Growth's key responsibility is to expand market share through new business
development, sales opportunities and providing full end-to-end customer sales and account
management. A successful Growth Director holds themselves and their team accountable to sales
goals and performance through ongoing development, coaching and engagement.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching diverse teams along with fostering a
culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Responsible for leading a team of Sales Professionals and may be responsible for managing a
book of business.
* Responsible for driving the performance of Sales Professionals within assigned region through
providing sales support, metrics analysis, and ongoing training.
* Supports, advises, coaches and mentors sales team members on all aspects of their roles
including internal/external resources to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and
analysis of competitive information.
* Manages the Sales Professionals to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed regional and
corporate-set goals- working with leadership on alignment of goals.
* Identifies individual and team training needs to ensure sales success and professional
development of team members.
* Define and proactively drive KPIs with a keen focus on new business opportunities.
* Create visibility to generate and manage leads to increase sales funnel size and quality.
Preferred Education & Experience:
* 5 or more years' experience as a B2B managerial sales professional
* Demonstrable track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally with career progression

Your Work Environment (Physical Demands)
Remote/Hybrid: Typically work is performed either in an office environment or a suitable workspace to
conduct business free of distractions and background noise. This position requires compliance for all
occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for
this position:
* Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
* Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
* Adjust to vision for both close and distance views
* Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds
Travel Requirements:
30-50% travel time expected for the position.
MVR Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers' license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the
company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.
