DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Responsibilities of this position include sorting daily mail by filing type and date, performing data entry of all documents, and entering information from filings and requests for processing. Answer customer service phone calls, process payments for filings, and cover the front desk periodically. Review documents to ensure they meet all requirements and verify all data entry to confirm they are error free. Search and retrieve information contained on microfilm and prepares documents for scanning. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg, PA.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
