Responsible for mobile device management , application configuration and testing, and works with the team on system performance optimization and interoperability issues. This position works with business product owners, developers, and quality analysts to drive value delivery and will participate in all phases of Agile software development.

*Please note, this role is flexible remote with occasional travel to stores as needed.*

What You'll be Doing:

  • Understands and practicesof Mobile Device Management, using Omnissa WorkSpaceOne.
  • Understands and practices of networking; DHCP, VLans Wifi SSI
  • Understands and practices of Azure Entra ID and Active Directory
  • Understands and practices of Android Operating Systems
  • Understands and practices of Microsoft 365 Suite of applications.
  • Omnissa WorkSpaceOnesystems development planning, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Configuration, creating, executing of Test Plans
  • Collaborates with the Business Product Owner and IT partners to create and refine process.
  • Runs unit tests. Monitors test results and takes required corrective action.
  • Develops appropriate process andsystems documentation according to SAFe Agile principles and industry standards.
  • Develops understanding of both systems and/or business knowledge.
  • Collaborates with the Business Product Owner and IT partners to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for projects.
  • Aids in systems development planning and monitoring.
  • Actively participates in all Agile team ceremonies.
  • Assist in production support and maintenance of applications as needed.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's or equivalent.
  • Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO).
  • Prefer experience inMobile Device Managementsystemsand support.
  • Familiarity with business systems, and Microsoft365
  • Experience as a team member on project teams or support teams; experience on Agile project teams is preferred.
  • Knowledge of development tools,device management toolsand/or scripting languages and testing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of agile practices in a cross-functional environment preferred.
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Ability to provide high level of quality and productivity.

The pay range for this position is listed below.

$67,000.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
