As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Photoshop Product Marketing team, you will play a meaningful role in contributing to Photoshop's short- and long-term business goals. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Full Stack Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving product usage and fostering a vibrant community in and around our products. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity and experience in the creative industry and a passion for building and nurturing communities on- and off-line. This role focuses on Creative Professionals, working on global initiatives to drive consideration, adoption, engagement, and retention of Photoshop, strengthen the creative community, and accelerate growth. What You'll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies to deepen product engagement and drive Photoshop's growth among Creative Professionals worldwide. Understand and use new and updated Photoshop products and features to gain customer empathy and define marketing objectives and plans tied to business goals. Engage with customers online and in person as well as conduct researchto understand customer needs, use cases, workflows, feature prioritization, and sentiment drivers, incorporating insights into product marketing strategies to increase retention and positive sentiment. Develop key positioning, messaging, and use cases for products and features validated by customers and the community, driving the target audience to take action. Set objectives, critical metrics, and targets to assess the impact of initiatives based on historical benchmarks and industry standards, continually striving to optimize and improve.
Desired Skills and Experience
Product Passion: Extensive industry experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar advanced creative applications. Deep understanding of features, capabilities, workflows, and use cases. Led efforts to enhance user experience, boost adoption, and foster engagement for different consumer products.
Engaged in Community: Work with partner teams as they grow and strengthen communities around Photoshop products. Help engage with users on social media platforms, forums, and other online communities. Marketing Experience: Proven track record of collaborating across teams to develop and complete impactful marketing efforts. Exceptional Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex ideas into digestible bites and confidently present and influence executives, peers, and key decision-makers. Strategic Clarity: Strong, data-driven point of view on market opportunities and how to win new and retain existing Adobe customers. Cross-Functional Influence: Respected team member who can drive and influence key workstreams in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Ideal
BA/BS degree preferred OR 8-15 years of experience using advanced creative imaging software OR equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer software technology

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
