PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse Set up production equipment: robot, machine, workstation, test bench, inspection tool, warehouse equipment Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment Perform manufacturing / production / test tasks as planned by the MRP Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routing Identify parts as required by the operating instruction Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks Alert Team Leader on process drift or quality problem Complete tally sheet on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leader Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers Respect ESD rules for electronics devices production Complies with EHS rules Here's what you will receive: Pay rate: $21.50 + shift premium Schedule: 2 ^nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm Duration: Temp to Hire based on business needs and performance Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED More than 2 years' experience in Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Manufacturing effectiveness Quality focus Collaboration / Communication with Transparency / Teamwork Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug test.
