Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Senior Digital Design Specialist to support the event technology needs of a global asset management client.

This individual will create and edit complex Cvent registration sites and AttendeeHub event apps, managing reporting and data, executing email campaigns in Cvent and overseeing attendee management.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong customer service abilities for internal and external stakeholders. The individual should demonstrate self-motivation, dedication, and a collaborative team-oriented approach. Essential qualifications include proficient organizational and time management skills, adaptability, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Manage the Cvent build-out of the following event technology:
    • Registration Websites
    • Email Campaigns
    • API Integrations
    • AttendeeHub Mobile Apps
    • OnArrival Onsite Technology Solutions
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict deadlines
  • Execute Cvent websites with at least 2-5 registration paths, various registration types, hotel configurations, session breakouts, travel coordination and customized reporting, including the Cvent access portal
  • Import and manage multiple invitation lists
  • Build Cvent post-event surveys and external survey platforms
  • Work with applicable creative marketing teams to develop and maintain all company Cvent templates, images and libraries
  • Collaborate with Your Event Solutions' Technology team to create impactful and exceptionally designed event technology that engages and informs participants for an exceptional event experience.
  • Research new event technology to maintain our place as leaders in the industry and trusted consultants for our clients.


Qualifications

Position Required:

  • 4+ years of experience with Cvent event management platform and proven experience building complex registration sites and event apps.
  • Strong interest in technology, desire to stay current in event technology offerings and developments, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one given time and be able to jump between technology components.
  • Strong writing, proof reading, design and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal team members, clients, and vendors
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet, database management programs, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of web development environments, sufficient to understand the implications of issues within web-based applications.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours leading up to an event.
