Position Summary:

The DTC Wholesale Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the day-to-day execution of operational tasks within the fulfillment process for national wholesale accounts. This role ensures productivity and accuracy across designated areas of responsibility while providing functional direction to the DTC Wholesale team.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

* Support and guide team members through the pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements

* Monitor workflow and delegate assignments to maintain department efficiency and fulfillment timelines

* Assist with movement of merchandise and materials through each area of responsibility

* Ensure internal process standards and client compliance protocols are consistently followed throughout the fulfillment cycle

* Use computers, mobile devices, and manual tracking to document and report order activity and performance data

* Monitor supply and equipment needs and report volumes as necessary

* Promote adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and respectful workplace behavior

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position provides functional guidance to Wholesale Picking & Packing Associates but does not have direct supervisory authority.

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or GED

* Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, or related field preferred

* Experience in a lead or team coordinator role is a plus

Special Requirements:

* Ability to work occasional overtime and weekend work as required to meet business needs

* Ability to work in an open warehouse environment

* Intermediate computer proficiency, including spreadsheets and email

* Maintains a clean and orderly work environment

* Good penmanship and reliable attendance

Equipment Used:

* Computer, mobile devices, printer, telephone, photocopier, fax machine, scanner, calculator

* Software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Browsers

* Pallet jack, various hand and power tools

* Safety Equipment: Safety shoes

Physical and Mental Requirements:

* Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, perform repetitive hand motions, use hands to finger, grasp, handle, or feel; push/pull with arms and reach; crouch, kneel, crawl, bend, and climb/balance

* Ability to exert over 50 pounds of force occasionally, over 25 pounds frequently, and over 10 pounds constantly to move objects

* Close mental and visual attention required for reading, data entry, and using a computer terminal

Environmental Conditions:

Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes, noise, and potential for physical injury.

Salary Range: $19.00/hr
