The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Intern will work within the compliance department and will support the daily functions of the department and the CRA program.

Position Responsibilities

The CRA Intern will encompass the following objectives:



  • Identify technical assistance recipients
  • Meet with mortgage loan officers to determine time spent with each borrower;
  • Prepare community development services attestation forms, support loan officers in having forms signed
  • Add each technical assistance service to Kadince along with the documentation, when executed forms are received.
  • Identify completed homebuyer education workshops or counseling (group or 1:1) completed during the same period that were targeted to LMI geographies.
  • Work with loan officer to uploaded into Kadince with appropriate documentation.



Minimum Education & Experience

* Current enrollment in a related undergraduate degree program.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

* Microsoft office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Above average verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to effectively multitask.
