Job Summary:

This position exists to assist the School of Dental Medicine's Human Resources unit to develop and implement an in-house Leadership Institute Curriculum (SDM-LI) to train supervisors and leaders in the School of Dental Medicine's departments and units. This position will conduct a needs assessment to formulate training modules, as well as conducting interviews with leadership in the school to determine the needs and goals of the SDM-LI. This position will work closely with the Director of Human Resources in the SDM to strategize and develop a comprehensive leadership training curriculum to be delivered both in-person and online to supervisors in the school. This position will implement the SDM-LI by creating a pilot cohort, delivering the training modules, and gathering benchmarking data to make any necessary modifications.

This position will finalize the curriculum and will aid in the delivery of the training modules to all supervisory positions in the School of Dental Medicine over a period of time, while also delivering ad-hoc trainings, serving as an executive coach to leadership, and an advisor to both the Director of HR and the Chief of Staff in the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments and interviews with School of Dental Medicine leadership to identify training goals and curriculum requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to design and develop the School of Dental Medicine Leadership Institute (SDM-LI) curriculum for supervisory and leadership training.
• Create and implement a pilot cohort for the SDM-LI, including delivering training modules and collecting benchmarking data for evaluation and refinement.
• Finalize and roll out the SDM-LI curriculum for all supervisory roles across departments and units within the School of Dental Medicine.
• Provide ad-hoc leadership trainings, executive coaching, and strategic advisory support to the Director of HR and Chief of Staff.

Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, organizational management, psychology, business, or a related field
• 5 or more years of experience delivering organization and employee development training and leadership training
• A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE hourly rate $50 an hour
