The People and Culture Program Coordinator / Workforce Planning & Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster a positive organizational culture. Working closely with the People and Culture leadership team to ensure that these programs align with the company's values and strategic goals. This role specifically supports our Workforce Planning & Development Programs. The Workforce Planning & Development Coordinator will provide administrative and project management support to help the Workforce Planning & Development (WP&D) team develop and cultivate talent pipelines that align with Cone Health's organizational goals. This role also provides a variety of logistical and organizational duties and supports event planning and recruitment initiatives. |

Assists in the development and execution of people and culture programs Coordinates program logistics, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation Supports the planning and execution of professional development programs, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs. Monitors and track program participation and outcomes, providing regular updates to the People and Culture team. Collaborates with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of people and culture programs Prepares reports and presentations on program outcomes and impact Optimizes the use of technology to streamline and enhance HR processes and programs. Performs other duties as assigned. The Workforce Development Planning & Develoment Coordinator specific duties include:
- Provides general administrative support to the WP&D team, including scheduling meetings, processing invoices and coordinating logistics for WP&D events.
- Manages and maintains data and records related to talent pipelines, recruitment activities and workforce planning projects. Salesforce software experience is a plus.
- Supports the development and implementation of internships, apprenticeships and other training programs and initiatives to enhance Cone Health's team member skills, competencies and career advancement.
- Collaborates with the WP&D team to identify and track key performance indicators related to COE planning and development goals.
- Assists in preparing reports, presentations and other materials to communicate workforce planning strategies and outcomes to stakeholders

EDUCATION: |
Required: Associates Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree |
EXPERIENCE: |
Required: 3 years related experience; experience preferred in a senior-level administrative support or project coordination role, working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Workforce planning or higher education experience helpful. Preferred: Ability to manage and execute multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service. Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and work closely with leaders to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment. |
