ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The Business & Technical Analysis Director is an influential leader who establishes and develops broader company strategy impacting the identification, evaluation and design of technology-based business solutions and the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications. They identify and evaluate fundamental issues to solve complex business problems, drive system optimization and mitigate potential risk.
WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Leadership & Supervision
- Inspires Action, Coordinates multiple initiatives.
- Establishes and develops broader company strategy and translates into multi-functional objectives.
- Leads activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups and services through subordinate directors / managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of assigned areas.
Oversees team(s) to develop new methods and solve company-wide matters. Responsible for setting and executing the talent strategy through hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and inclusion, diversity, and equity practices. Responsible for creating and fostering a work environment that encourages employees to act with integrity and respect. Responsible for directing, empowering, and motivating employees to successfully accomplish strategic priorities and responsibilities.

- Implements companywide policies and practices. Provides input to executive management.

This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. WHAT THE INCUMBENT WILL NEED: Education Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field, business administration, or information systems. In lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in analytics, business or IT.
Skills and Experience Required
- 9+ years of experience in analytics, business or IT
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
Preferred
- Experience in IT-related analytics.
