Staff Research Associate I PEDS-CARDIOLOGY Full Time 85278BR Job Summary The SRA 1 position is for a basic and clinical translational research lab that focuses on lipoprotein metabolism. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in preparation for an advanced degree such as a PhD or MD. Motivated individuals will have the opportunity to work on research projects and contribute intellectually in order to become an author on relevant publications coming out of the lab. Basic wet lab experience with skills in biochemistry, cell, and molecular biology are required. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $26.00 - $31.04 (Hourly Rate).
