POSITIION SUMMARY

Constellis is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Auditor specializing in procurement, subcontracts, and contracts. This role is critical to ensuring that all contracting and procurement activities align with internal policies, federal regulations, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government contracting regulations, including FAR, DEAR, and CAS, and the ability to evaluate contract performance, identify compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.

RESPONSABILITIES

The auditor will conduct thorough audits of the procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection processes, procurement planning, and contract implementation. This includes reviewing how contracts are administered, evaluating subcontractor costs and indirect rates, and ensuring cost accounting systems comply with applicable standards. A significant focus will be placed on verifying that both prime and subcontract activities meet all regulatory and contractual obligations.

Additionally, the auditor will review and evaluate contract terms and pricing structures, ensuring agreements are fair, cost-effective, and compliant. They will analyze contract performance against defined metrics and work collaboratively with program and procurement teams to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in roles related to audit and/or compliance.
  • Strong to expert-level knowledge of procurement, contracts, and subcontracts within corporate environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various corporate functions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and executive-level reports.
  • Strong understanding of process flows and the ability to articulate connections between procurement, contract, finance, and other corporate functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
