Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Management Analyst. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting project management processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will help establish project performance metrics, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the project management framework.

This role supports planning sessions, project initiation, post-project reviews, and plays a key part in portfolio-level reporting. It also involves the implementation and support of collaboration and project management tools.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze current systems and procedures to identify opportunities for process enhancement.



  • Lead one or two process improvement or integration projects concurrently.



  • Own key project deliverables including project plans, status reports, and documentation of requirements.



  • Collaborate with various departments to support project management and analytical efforts.



  • Facilitate project planning sessions and post-project reviews, ensuring best practices are followed and lessons learned are documented.



  • Consolidate project status updates into clear, concise reports for program-level oversight and senior management.



  • Define and implement processes and requirements for effective use of project management technologies.



  • Provide ongoing support to project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other selected tools.
