Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scheduler/Operations Specialist to work onsite with our client, an electric and natural gas holding company. This is a 12-month contract assignment and does require the candidate to work onsite 100% of the time. The start date is anticipated between 07/14/2025 and 08/01/2025 Schedule: Monday - Friday between 6am - 2pm CST Will work in Waukegan, IL for 2 days per week and Mundelein, IL 2 days per week. On the 5^th day will alternate between the two locations. Compensation: $25.00 - 27.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: Works across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs, including scheduling compliance work, new service applications, and demo requests. In an office setting, perform organizational support duties, which may include union employee payroll, initiating and receiving customer and field employee calls, scheduling field tasks, creating permit requests, and other administrative tasks. Navigate and utilize various customer information and operational systems to input, update, and change customer or system-related information. Performs a variety of tasks and completes multiple assignments/projects. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, HSED or GED 5 + years - Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Scheduling experience is a required skill. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Administrative and Clerical experience.
