People * Customers * Trust We are seeking applicants for an Assistant Superintendent for the Pulp Mill in our International Falls, MN Paper Mill. The International Falls facility is a White Paper Mill owned by Packaging Corporation of America. The Assistant Superintendent of the Pulp Mill position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of pulping process including chip reclaim area, digesters, brown stock washers, screen room, pulp chemical additives, Process Safety Management Area (PSM). This position is responsible for safety, to facilitate equipment maintenance, environmental conformance, training, management of the crews, and optimization of productivity. Basic Qualifications: BS Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Pulp and Paper Science, or equivalent education/experience with demonstrated management and leadership abilities, or Pulp/Bleach experience minimum of five years.
