Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Platform Experience Manager to contribute to our IngramSpark team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. As the Platform Experience Manager, you will partner with the Senior Business Operations Manager and members of the Business Operations and IT teams to define, ideate, prototype, test & launch new products on the IngramSpark & Lightning Source platform(s). Establishes primary focus for new features alongside business leadership by defining users and their problems across the full suite of product offerings and prioritizes these features based on the needs of the business & customer base. Gathers internal feedback and produces design layouts & wireframes with UX at their focus and designs high-fidelity prototypes. Manages testing of all new features, including timelines, feedback & implementation of changes across impacted departments. Through user engagement, reviews the existing UX paths to identify areas of improvement. Uses a strong understanding of design principles, as well as an understanding of the business & customer-base, to create solutions for programs and services of the company. Combines user experience and industry best practices with strong design principles and creative execution to develop high-performing product features. Hiring Salary Range:$72,895k-$92,168k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
